
This 110V 150A industrial battery charger is custom-designed for a substation project in Jordan. This charger provides stable DC power for critical applications, including high-voltage switchgear operation and substation control and monitoring systems under both normal and emergency conditions.
The solution enhances the substation’s DC power structure, improves automation system stability, and ensures reliable operation of control equipment, supporting safer and more efficient energy management.
Custom design highlights
Digital Monitoring System: Equipped with digital AC/DC voltage and current meters for continuous monitoring of input and output power, enabling real-time display of key electrical parameters with up to 1.5% accuracy.
Intelligent Alarm Protection: Built-in fault detection and alarm protection, including AC over/under-voltage, DC over/under-voltage, ground fault, AC failure, and fan failure, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Circuit Breaker Protection: Battery and load circuits are protected by independent MCCB circuit breakers, providing reliable switching control and short-circuit and overload protection.
Auxiliary Configurations: Builtin heater prevents lowtemp performance degradation. LED autolights when door opens, full interior visibility for easy maintenance.
Key Breaker Configuration:Battery load circuits use MCCB with independent ON/OFF and overload protection. High breaking capacity ensures safe disconnection under short circuits.
Reliable Output:Anti reverse diode prevents reverse current damage. Electrolytic capacitor filtering keeps output ripple voltage <1% for clean power and longer battery life.
Redundancy Function:Supports 1+1 parallel redundancy or standalone operation. Flexible onsite parallel connection improves system stability.

Precise Voltage Reduction: Silicon voltage reducing chain (max drop 35V, 75A rated). Adjustable voltage ensures stable DC load supply.
Input Protection Monitoring: Input MCCB for overload/short circuit protection. DC voltmeter ammeter for realtime I/O monitoring.
Feeder Configuration: 10KA breaking capacity feeder breakers: 10× MCB2P32A, 10× MCB2P16A, 4× MCB2P10A. Supports multiple DC loads with precise branch protection.
Remote Connectivity: All breakers with auxiliary contacts enable remote ON/OFF status monitoring for easy fault diagnosis.

Alarm Functions: DC over/under voltage alarm, battery ground fault (±), charger failure, ground fault, battery overvoltage, battery undervoltage, fan failure.
Protection Functions: Overcurrent protection, fuse protection, short-circuit protection, overload protection.
Monitoring Data Logging: Real-time monitoring of input voltage, output DC voltage, input current, output DC current, input power, output power, equalization voltage, and float voltage.
The charger supports alarm event recording and data storage, allowing users to review and download historical data as required.
Panel Indication: Intelligent touch screen with alarm, operation, and power status indicators.
Communication Interface: MODBUS RTU via RS232.
Design Service Life: Designed for continuous operation with a service life of up to 200,000 hours under proper maintenance conditions.
